San Diego trip

Josh and I enjoyed our time away in San Diego last week. The whole Malson family was there (except the girls). In case you didn't know, besides owning the ranch we live and work on, the family owns a wholesale plumbing company and we were celebrating its 60th anniversary. It was a customer appreciation/celebration trip. The first night we had dinner on a yacht and I took photographs of all the people as the boarded the ship. Then, it cruised around the harbor. The next day, us girls enjoyed Sea World and the boys played golf. That night was a dinner with a comedian for the entertainment. On Tuesday, we did another Harbor Tour (only it was daytime so we could actually see the sights) then toured the USS Midway (this is a real aircraft carrier and was used in Desert Storm). That night ended with a huge 50's themed party with a big band and dancing. It was such a great time. So glad we took the trip. We definitely want to go back to southern California with the girls, but this was a much needed and much appreciated grown-up getaway. Here are some photos from Sea World (Stephanie, Michelle and I with Pete the Penguin). The other one is the view from the observation tower at the resort we stayed in and then us on the Harbor Tour (Coronado Bridge in the background.)
